The poor waitress was running around like crazy taking care of 10-12 tables and the 2 ladies behind the counter just sitting there. They had to close down the restaurant at 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon because they couldn't take anymore orders. While we were sitting there 4-5 customers came to the door and they took them out. My wife's chicken was raw and had to return it. I dont Reccomend this place at all!!!

Very poor customer service! I don’t recommend. I called in to make an order of bolon de verde de queso and the owner (guy) told me that they just had made mixed bolon de verdes, so I asked again if he could make two of cheese only as I can’t eat pork and he clearly told me “no†because they had made many of the mixed pork ones. In what world do you make an order at a restaurant and because they don’t feel like making it for the customer (although it is in the menu) they say “no� At mi lindo ecuador, that’s where. They really need to put their customers first as it is because of the customers that the business is up and running. Without customers, the restaurant wouldn’t exist.
